Black Pepper essential oil is used aromatically and topically  while Black Pepper Vitality essential oil is a dietary oil and therefore can be ingested.

Black Pepper is best known as a cooking spice but it’s topical application is equally as noteworthy. It should be used with caution when applied topically due to its strong warming sensation.

It is also beautifully fragrant when used aromatically. Inhale directly for its energizing aroma or pair with other oils such as Peppermint, Wintergreen, or Clove.

How to use: For aromatic or topical use.  Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water.  Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists.  Possible skin sensitivity.

  1. Create a warming, soothing massage by combining one to two drops of Black Pepper  with a carrier oil.  Not only is Black Pepper warming, but it’s aroma will help promote a relaxing experience.
  2. Dilute and apply to muscles after exercise
  3. After an afternoon nap, apply a few drops of Black Pepper essential oil to the bottom of your feet for a stimulating wake up.
  4. For those cold winter nights, mix Black Pepper with a carrier oil and apply to bottom of feet. The warming sensation will keep your tootsies toasty.
  5. Though you may not want to diffuse Black Pepper by itself, it is a great oil to spice up any other spice, savory, or citrus oil.
