These capsules use both essential oils and natural herbs to eliminate residue in the colon and optimize its proper activity.* Since ComforTone® supports normal wave-like contractions that move food through the intestines (Peristalsis), it can help keep your colon in tip-top shape by maintaining your entire intestinal system.

Real talk: ComforTone helps you poop.  It’s not a pretty subject but we all have that feeling from time to time.  This is especially true when you travel and eat foods that you wouldn’t normally eat.  It’s important that you do not use ComforTone ALL the time and I personally limit use to 2 weeks at a time.  Only use it when you need it and start slow.  So, instead of starting with 1 capsule 3x a day I would start with just one capsule before bedtime and see how your body reacts.

Also noteworthy is that this supplement contains Cascara Sagrada bark, a dark extract.  Because of this, there is a good chance your stool will be black or at least very dark.  But that’s OK – what happens in the bathroom STAYS in the bathroom.  Honestly, it’s better that way.

Discontinue use and consult a physician if you have or develop abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not for long term use.
