DiGize™ essential oil is used aromatically and topically while DiGize Vitality™ essential oil is a dietary oil and can therefore be ingested.

DiGize™ essential oil is one of Young Living’s most unique essential oil blends, combining Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli oils for a spicy, exotic aromatic blend. DiGize oil also includes Fennel essential oil, the use of which dates back to ancient Egypt.

DiGize has a unique scent and to be honest, not many people are in love with the smell.  But, it’s works so well that I quickly got over it, and I know that you will too.

DiGize Vitality is well known as a dietary supplement to support healthy digestion*.  To enjoy DiGize essential oil, diffuse in your home, office, or even car. You can even apply it directly to chest, wrists, and abdomen to enjoy its scent wherever you go.

This is one of the oils that is in my MUST HAVE WHEN TRAVEL kit. DiGize vitality is ingested when I’ve overindulged at that fancy restaurant and DiGize can be rubbed on my tummy so I can inhale the relaxing aroma as I try to wind down for the evening.

How to use: For aromatic or topical use.  Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water.  Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists.  Possible skin sensitivity.

  1. To help you wind down for the evening,  diffuse DiGize essential oil or rub on your  tummy to enjoy its relaxing aroma.
  2. The relaxing scent of the essential oils in DiGize makes it a perfect fit for diffusing in the home or even the car to help your kids feel calm during long rides.
  3. During long car rides I like to have DiGize available to just sniff out of the bottle or rub on my tummy, especially if I’m sitting in the back seat.
  4. Many people swear that mixing a few drops of DiGize in the cat litter box does wonders to help control the odor!

Cardamom essential oil is used aromatically and topically while Cardamom Vitality essential oil is a dietary oil and can therefore be ingested.

Cardamom is a member of the ginger family, and features a spicy, refreshing aroma that can be uplifting.

Cardamom is a versatile, soothing oil and blends well with similar warm and spicy oils as well as florals and citrus oils.  Try combining Cardamom with Clove, Ginger, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Ylang ylang, Vetiver, Orange or Lemon.

 How to use: For aromatic or topical use.  Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water.  Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists.  Possible skin sensitivity.
  1. Cardamom’s aroma is soothing and calming and can promote a feeling of openness and mental clarity.
  2. Apply topically for a soothing and cooling sensation.
  3. The spicy, warm and balsamic aroma of Cardamom is a wonderful oil to diffuse in the fall and winter months.
  4. Diffuse or apply topically to promote feelings of clear breathing.
  5. A great oil to add to any potpourri mix. Mix 1 Tbsp orris root powder with 3 drops of Cardamom and 3 drops of Orange essential oil.  Add to potpourri and store in an airtight container for 3 weeks.

Cardamom essential oil is used aromatically and topically while Cardamom Vitality essential oil is a dietary oil and can therefore be ingested.

Cardamom is a popular spice used around the world for cooking.

The cardamom plant is native to the lush evergreen forests of southern India and has been highly valued as a spice since ancient times. Steam distilled from cardamom seeds, Cardamom Vitality™ oil has a rich taste and is one of the world’s favorite cooking spices.

Cardamom Vitality’s signature flavor is common in sweet and savory dishes, frequently used in many Swedish baked goods. A must-have for every kitchen, this essential oil is also a welcome addition to enhance the flavor of hot drinks.

How to use: For internal use.  To use as a dietary supplement, add to food, water or other beverages.  Can also place a few drops in a vegetable capsule and take internally to support overall wellness.

  1. For digestive support*, add 1 drop Cardamom Vitality and 1 drop DiGize Vitality and dilute with 1 drop carrier oil in a veggie capsule and take as a dietary supplement.
  2. Add to your favorite dishes to accentuate sweet and savory flavors.  Google Chicken Biryani for a wonderfully ethnic Indian dish accentuated by Cardamom.  Just substitute 1 tsp of dried Cardamom spice for 1 drops of Cardamom Vitality essential oil.
  3. Cardamom is a popular spice in Indian Sweets and teas. Add 1–2 drops to your tea for a unique taste experience.
  4. Use in a marinade for Honey Chicken with Cardamom:
    1. Marinade: 4 Tbsp honey, 2 Tbsp sherry, 1 drop Cardamom vitality essential oil, 1 tsp pepper.  Add to bag with 4 chicken breasts and marinate at least 30 minutes.
    2. Remove from marinade and pan sear chicken (optional)
    3. Grill or add to roasting pan, cover with remaining marinade and s/p to taste.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
