How to use: For aromatic or topical use.  Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water.  Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists.  Possible skin sensitivity.

Use Believe anytime you need an extra boost of confidence – believe in yourself!

  1. Diffuse a little before a big date or other potentially social awkward situations.
  2. Rub some behind your ears to give you a boost of confidence before a job interview.
  3. Write down your goal and place it where you will see it each day. Then, per Mary Young’s recommendation, place 1–3 drops of Believe on your head to encourage feelings of belief and faith that you can accomplish your goal.
  4. Inhale or diffuse before making important phone calls or have business meetings.
  5. Add to epsom salt and add to bathwater for a soothing, relaxing experience.
