Dill Essential Oil

**Note: Dill essential oil is being discontinued as of June 2019.  Dill Vitality essential oil, however, will still be available.**

Dill essential oil is for use aromatically and topically while Dill Vitality essential oil is dietary and therefore can be ingested.  Both bottles contain the same essential oil and differ only in the way they are labeled.  The designation of the two products allows you to share all the ways to use essential oils in the correct and FDA approved way.

Dill essential oil is produced from the distillation of the whole plant and is believed to be calming when used aromatically. This oil can be blended with Roman Chamomile to enhance any relaxing aromatic experience.

How to use: For aromatic or topical use.  Diffuse, inhale, or add to bath water.  Apply to crown of head, back of neck, behind ears or inside wrists.  Possible skin sensitivity.

1. Diffuse dill to emit a fresh, grassy scent that can help ease and calm the mind.  It’s a great oil to diffuse as part of your bedtime routine.

Goldenrod Essential Oil

(Solidago canadensis)

A flowering herb with bright yellow tops, goldenrod  comes from the Asteraceae botanical family. Its scientific name, Solidago, comes from the Latin word solidare, which means “to strengthen.” The plant is most often found in North America, but some species are found in Europe as well. It grows well in open areas such as meadows, prairies, savannas, and mountains, and you can find it at Young Living’s Whispering Springs Farm in Mona, Utah!

Goldenrod essential oil is steam distilled from the flowers, leaves, and stems of the plant, and with the key constituent alpha-pinene, this essential oil has an array of benefits. Use it to support the appearance of healthy-looking skin and to create a calming and relaxing environment when diffused or inhaled.

MEGACAL™ calcium supplement

We all know that calcium is important for bone health, but did you know that taking calcium alone is not enough?   In order to assist the body in absorbing the calcium, you also need to be sure you have enough Vitamin D, Vitamin K, and Magnesium  in your system.

I’ve talked about Super Cal Plus™ in a previous blog.  Super Cal Plus supports the structure, integrity, and density of bones and teeth with a synergistic blend of bioavailable calcium, magnesium, vitamins D and K, and other trace minerals.*  Super Cal Plus comes in a convenient capsule form.

For those of us who have a difficult time taking capsules, or maybe just prefer to add powder supplements to our drinks or smoothies, MegaCal is a great option.  Both Super Cal Plus and MegaCal contain Calcium and Magnesium, with some changes in supporting minerals and vitamins detailed below.

MegaCal™ is a wonderful source of calcium, magnesium, manganese, and vitamin C. Mineral Essence™

Mineral Essence™ is a balanced, full-spectrum ionic mineral complex enhanced with essential oils. According to twotime Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling PhD. “You can trace every sickness, every disease, and every ailment to a mineral deficiency.” Ionic minerals are the most fully and quickly absorbed form of minerals available.

Minerals are so important for so many body systems.  Mineral Essence is a balance, full spectrum ionic mineral complex that combines over 60  ionic trace minerals. How to use: Take 5 half-droppers (1 ml each) morning and evening or as needed as a mineral supplement. May be added to 4-8 oz. of distilled/purified water or juice before drinking. This product contains royal jelly, which may cause allergic reactions.

Shake well before using and refrigerate after opening.

Keep in a cool dry place. Do not expose to excessive heat or direct sunlight. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician.
